Shipping and Delivery Policy

Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your record.

This email will contain an order number at the top, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser.

Please check it over for accuracy and notify us immediately if you notice any discrepancies. If you do not receive this email, contact us ASAP.


For all clothing orders within South Africa, we have a flat rate shipping fee of R80. Delivery is free if you spend R700 or more.

Collection option: The delivery fee will be waived should you select this option. In this case please utilize the following code at check out . We have 2 collection points: Fourways and Melrose Arch, addresses will be provided once order has been placed. Items can be collected Monday – Friday from 09h00 – 16h00.


We always strive to ship orders in a timely manner and quicker than the times indicated. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of payment clearing in our bank account (does not include Saturday, Sundays or South African holidays).

The shipping dates may vary, we will contact you to arrange delivery. If you notice any discrepancies on your order form, please contact us immediately to prevent any delays in receiving your order.

For all orders within South Africa, your parcel will be sent with our overnight courier service.
